Services Booked are a request for services and are not guaranteed until a member of our staff contacts you directly. Carolina Elite Home Entertainment Services reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services if we are unable to confirm the appointment with the customer, or en route confirmation is not received. Technicians will reach out when en route. A ten minute grace period is given in the event the call is missed. If no response is received via text or phone call within the 10 minute period. The appointment will be canceled. Confirming appointments at the point of contact is consider a contract with Carolina Elite Home Entertainment,LLC you the customer listed on the work order will be responsible for all fees, booked or verbally agreed on with any representative of Carolina Elite Home Entertainment Services. A deposit may be required before services are booked or before services are rendered. Service fees are separate from installation and may not be included in estimated prices over via text, online, and telephone communications.  Prices may vary due to complexity. Prices are only in-stone when our representatives ON-SITE CONFIRM THE FINAL PRICE. Carolina Elite Home Entertainment,LLC or it’s representatives does not accept any liabilities or Warranty on customer’s personally  owned equipment. Any equipment purchased from Carolina Elite Home Entertainment,LLC  is BACKED BY 90 warranty. Equipment purchase From CEHE, LLC. Any item that is  tampered, structured(home/business) foundation damages done by structure defects, acts of nature will not be covered by CEHE, LLC.  ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IMMEDIATELY AFTER SERVICES ARE RENDERED.  LATE PAYMENTS $150 12hrs later, $50 DAY 1 & EVERYDAY PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED FOR 30 DAYS. After 30 day period legal action is filed against client all court fees, legal fees are filed against home owner, authorized party listed on work order. 5 min grace period is granted upon arrival on-site 6th min customer will AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED $25 dollars a min EVERY MIN CEHE TECHNICIAN ON-SITE OF ADDRESS LISTED ON WORK-ORDER. This fee will be added on total cost whether work is rendered or not on service fee. PLEASE NOTE ALL MONIES PAID ON DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
